Atención telefónica

KYMORO´S TRAVEL SAS, se acoge al Artículo 17 de la Ley 679 de 2001, por medio de la cual se expide un estatuto para prevenir y contrarrestar la explotación, la pornografía y el turismo sexual con menores de edad, así:

 

1. Abstenerse de ofrecer en los programas de promoción turística, planes de explotación sexual de niños, niñas y adolescentes.

 

2. Abstenerse de dar información a los turistas, acerca de lugares donde se coordinen o donde se practique la explotación sexual comercial de niños, niñas y adolescentes.

 

3. Abstenerse de conducir a los turistas, directamente o a través de terceros a establecimientos o lugares donde se practique la explotación sexual comercial de niños, niñas, así como conducir a estos a los sitios donde se encuentran hospedados los turistas, incluso si se trata de barcos localizados en Altamar, con fines de explotación sexual comercial de niños, niñas y adolescentes.

 

4. Abstenerse de facilitar vehículos en rutas turísticas con fines de explotación o de abuso sexual con niños, niñas y adolescentes.

 

5. Impedir el ingreso de niños, niñas y adolescentes a Sites, con fines de explotación o de abuso sexual.

 

6. Adoptar las medidas tendientes a impedir que el personal vinculado a cualquier título con la empresa, ofrezca servicios turísticos que

permitan actividad sexual con niños, niñas y adolescentes.

 

7. Denunciar ante el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo y demás autoridades competentes, los hechos de que hubiere tenido conocimiento por cualquier medio, así como la existencia de lugares, relacionados con explotación sexual de niños, niñas y adolescentes y asegurar que al interior de la empresa existan canales para la denuncia correspondiente ante las autoridades competentes.

 

8. Informar a sus usuarios sobre las consecuencias legales en Colombia de la explotación y el abuso sexual de niños, niñas y adolescentes.

KYMORO'S TRAVEL SAS, is in compliance with Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, by means of which a statute is issued to prevent and counteract exploitation, pornography and sex tourism with minors, as follows:

 

1. Refrain from offering in the tourist promotion programs, plans for the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.

 

2. Refrain from giving information to tourists about places where commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents is coordinated or practiced.

 

3. Refrain from driving tourists, directly or through third parties, to establishments or places where commercial sexual exploitation of children is practiced, as well as to drive tourists to places where tourists are staying, even if it is a question of Boats located in high seas, for the purpose of commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.

 

4. Refrain from providing vehicles on tourist routes for exploitation or sexual abuse with children.

 

5. To prevent the entry of children and adolescents to Sites for the purpose of exploitation or sexual abuse.

 

6. Adopt measures to prevent staff linked to any title with the company, offer tourist services that allow sexual activity with children and adolescents

 

7. Report to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism and other competent authorities the facts of which it has been informed by any means, as well as the existence of places, related to the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents and to ensure that the interior of the company there are channels for the corresponding complaint to the competent authorities.

 

8. Inform its users about the legal consequences in Colombia of the exploitation and sexual abuse of children and adolescents.
